Services

We offer free advisory services to assist you in planning and organizing your special events. Right from the outset, you will appreciate our attention to detail.

The Conference Centre is equipped with a kitchen that is available to occupants who wish to organize receptions or business lunches. The muted atmosphere can also serve as a venue for a variety of events and activities: executive meetings, training workshops, official dinners, cocktail receptions or breakfast meetings. Tenants of the Building will be delighted to welcome their employees and clients.

Parking

The Sun Life Building houses two underground parking areas that can accommodate 200 vehicles, including six charging stations for electric vehicles and 120 places for bicycles. You and your guests can park without worry. We guarantee a secure environment with surveillance cameras day and night, along with regular patrols. The entrance to the parking area is located on Mansfield Street, with a clearance height of 1.89 m (6’2”).

Certified caterers

During your event, food and bar services must be supplied by a caterer that is certified by the Building. The tenant must provide the Building with the name of the caterer whose services have been retained at least five business days before the event.
